Mrs. Yvonne Marie Miller of Harrisburg, departed this life Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, at the age of 84.
She was born May 29, 1933 in Niles, MI, the daughter of the late Lynn Leighty and Irene Heagenbush Leighty.
Yvonne was a former store manager for "Woman's World" in Florida and a former factory worker in West Memphis. She loved shopping and crocheting and enjoyed the outdoors. One of her greatest pleasures was her grandchildren. She was of the Pentecostal belief.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Miller, one daughter, Deborah Brown and one son, Terry Miller. She is survived by two daughters, Vicky Lucas (Jessie) and Becky Kitsinger, and one son, Charles Miller (Janice), all of Harrisburg, one sister, Alverda Perkins of Vermont, one brother, Forrest Leighty of Venezuela, 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 7 great, great-grandchildren.
Her body will be cremated and a private service will be held later.
