Pocahontas - Wilma Bertie Jeter, 95, passed away Monday at Five Rivers Medical Center. She was born April 22, 1913 in Sasakawa, Oklahoma to the late Charles L. Lee and Frances (McKnight) Lee. Her husband, Cleo Jeter preceded her in death. Her daughter, Darlene Young, One son Bobby Culvor, and four brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death. Wilma had moved to Pocahontas in 1976, upon retiring from the California Almond Growers to live neat her daughter and grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling, reading, playing cards and camping. She was active through the year, in the Good Sam Club, Randolph County Medical Center Auxiliary, Pocahontas Women's Bowling association and attended Sutton Free Will Baptist Church. Survivors include two sisters Clem Faye Carpenter of Highland, Tx., and Juanita Shelton of Oklahoma City, OK. Eight grandchildren, Jody Thielemier of Pocahontas, Darrell Young of Amarillo, Tx., Clint Young of Rancho Cucamonga, Ca., Carole Chambers of Humble, OK, Dennis Culver of Shreveport, LA, Janice Anderson, Brent Culver, and Bandey Culver all of Oklahoma. Thirteen great-grandchildren and 18 great-great grandchildren. Services will be held 2:00 Friday at the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery with Randy Scott and grandchildren officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-8 at the McNabb Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be as follows: Darrell Young, Clint Young, Austin Young, Tahnee Green, Benjamin Thielemier, and Bob Hoskins.
