Wilma Arlene Dean, 85, passed away Monday August 9, 2021, at her home in Pocahontas.
Wilma was born August 8, 1936, to the late Willie Clifton Byars and Ruby Arley Tubbs Byars in Chicago, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Clifton Byars and Ruby Arley Tubbs Byars; sister Lavada Byars Dillard; brothers William Alfred Byars, Reginald Byars and Jimmy Byars.
Wilma is survived by her husband, Jimmy W. Dean II of Pocahontas; children William Keith Hale of Neelyville, MO and Kevin Wade Hale of Oklahoma City, OK; siblings Anita Byars Beecher of Corning, Lucille Byars King of Quincy, IL, Willie (Billy) Byars of Montgomery City, MO, Daniel Byars of Corning, Samuel Byars of Paragould, and Steven Byars of Austinville, VA.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Post Oak Cemetery at McDougal with Joshua Dement officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
