Wilma Lene Burrows, 84, of Pocahontas passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was born on a riverboat at Pocahontas, AR on October 22, 1940.  She was the daughter of the late Waples and Rheita Crosby Verkler.  Wilma was retired from Pro Group and a member of Gravesville Community Church.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents; Waples and Rheita Verkler; husband, Bob Burrows; twin sister, Barbara Mitchell; twin brothers, Harold and Darrell Verkler; and brothers, Thurston Verkler and Kenneth Johnson.

Wilma is survived by her children, Jack (Lisa) Locklar of Pocahontas, Debbi Burrow of Arizona, Brenda Burrows of Jonesboro, and Heather (Chris) Bearden of Corning; thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Betty Feager of St. Louis, MO; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 6, 2025 from 2-3 PM at Gravesville Community Church with a funeral service beginning at 3 PM with Carl Massey and Roger Vandergriff officiating.  Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
