Jonesboro- Willis Roy Minton, 81, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born September 11, 1929 in Jonesboro to the late Willie E. and Syble Taylor Minton. Mr. Minton was a retired educator, he taught twenty-five years at John C. Calhoun Community College in Decatur, Ala.
