Willie A. "Billie" Elkins, age 92, passed away Monday, October 29th at Randolph Home. She was preceded in the death by her parents, Lewis and Annie Williams Koster and her husband, Jack Robert Elkins. She is survived by her stepson, Larry Elkins of Palestine, TX; 3 nephews, Eldred Broadway of Oregon, Lavern Broadway of California and Bill Broadway of Arizona; and 1 niece, Sue Butler of Pocahontas. 5 step-grandchildren and 2 step-greatgrandchildren also survive. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at McNabb Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted by Bennie Williams on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Jarrett cemetery.
