Willie Chastain, 72, of Pocahontas passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023 at his home.

He was born August 10, 1950 in Pocahontas to the late George and Georgia Dixon Chastain.  He was a retired diesel mechanic and farmer.

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, George and Georgia Chastain; his wife, Nancy Chastain; and two brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Lavada Chastain; children, Chad Chastain and Krystal (Blake) Duncan; grandchildren, Alex and Cooper Chastain, and Raden and River Duncan; two sisters; one brother; many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

All services will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 1-2 PM with a funeral service beginning at 2 PM with Joshua Dement officiating.  Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Harold Dulaney, Mike Ellis, Bobby Garth, Joe Dulaney, Hunter Morris, Blake Duncan, and Raden Duncan.
