Jonesboro- William "Billy" Ray Brock, 60, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Jonesboro Healthcare Center. He was born on December 5, 1951 at Stuttgart to the late Jessie and Pauline Brock. Mr. Brock served his country in the United States Marines.
