Pocahontas - William Charles "Rambo" Land Sr., 65, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at Five Rivers Medical Center. He was born, July 6, 1950 in Moline, Illinois to the late Bert and Ethel Mae Land. He is survived by his wife Charlotte Land, children: Lisa (Thom) Skaggs of Radcliff, Kentucky, Sheila (Jason) McFarland of Rossville, Georgia, William C. (Patty) Land Jr. of Junction City, Kansas, Dolly (David) See of Pocahontas; grandchildren Shaun'Ta Skaggs of Florida, Tabitha Ramsey, Sina (Jonah) Everage, Thomas Skaggs II, Tiffany Skaggs, T.J. Skaggs, Ana Skaggs all of Kentucky, Jason McFarland Jr., Brittany McFarland of Georgia, Katie Land, Autie Land, Jenny Land all of Kansas; great-grandchildren Zander Royse of Florida, Emily Ramsey of Kentucky; siblings Robert Land, George (Becky) Land, Jack (Melody) Land all of Arkansas, Mary (Eric) Stock of Equador, Melvin Land, Darrell (Mazie) Land, and Sam (Kathy) Land all of Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Janice Johnson, Bert E. Land Sr., J.P. Land, and Marlyn Engie. Services will be at McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, March 11, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 PM. A funeral service will be Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Maynard cemetery.
