William Frank Miller Jr, age 81, passed away January 16, 2024. Bill is preceded in death by his brother Virgil and his parents Frank and Theresa.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Margaret Miller, his two children Amy Hanks (Chris) and William F Miller III (Kelly), and his three grandchildren Brian, Catherine, and Alex.

Bill grew up in Ravenden Springs Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas State University. He started his career in Atlanta Georgia with the FDA and worked there diligently for 32 years, retiring at 55. Upon retiring, he and Margaret enjoyed traveling. They visited Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, France, Ireland, and all 50 U.S. states. He enjoyed woodworking, antique cars, and spending time with his family. Bill was a devout Methodist and was very involved in the church. He was also a very active member of the Arbor Day Society, planting trees everywhere he lived. Our family is grateful to know that Bill is finally at peace.

A visitation will be held at McNabb Funeral Home on January 21st from 1-2pm. Services will immediately follow with John Stoll officiating. Interment will be in the Masonic Cemetery.

The family welcomes donations to The Arbor Day Foundation as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
