Trumann - William Leroy Loucks, 71, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's Place.
He was born June 19, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late William Henry and Evelyn Sparks Loucks. William served his country proudly in the United States Air Force and retired after twenty-five years. He enjoyed fixing cars and doing body work.
He is survived by his children, William Ray Loucks (Sara) of Brookfield, MO, Dewayne Ashley (Valerie) of Box Elder, SD, Tammy Lawson (Russell) and Loretta Murphy; brothers, Garry Loucks (Tonda) and Jimmy Loucks (Rose); a sister, Shirley Shipers; first wife, Shirley Goff; grandchildren, Miranda "Mandy" Watson, Hayly Loucks (Brooklynn), Jessica Loucks, Charity Lawson, Cherokee Thomas (Andrew), Ashlyn Meverdan (Jason), Tyler Ashley (Eleanor Rae), Mariah Ashley, Michael Breeden (Martika), Tiffany Kuntz (Ben), Devon Hines, Colby Murphy and Dalton Murphy; great-grandchildren, Remmington, Quinton, Bentley, Dillon, Greyson, Azure, Augie, Journey, Raegan, Bentlee and Ava.
He was also preceded in death by his wives, Gwendolyn Loucks and Judy Loucks and a son, William Clayton Hines; a daughter, Dana Loucks; sisters, Linda Hogan and Patty Dow.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until noon Friday at Gregg Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
A military graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2021 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Birdeye under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
