Jonesboro- William Chad Hardin Sr., 42, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015. He was born May 6, 1973 in Jonesboro. Chad was a mechanic and a farmer. He was a ray of sunshine that lit up the room with his smile. He is survived by his father, Jerry Hardin of Jonesboro; his mother, Kathy Ketchum of Jonesboro; his children, Skylar Hardin of Melbourne, Brittney Goforth, Makayla Hardin, William Chad Hardin Jr., Austin Calvin Hardin, Jerry John Isaac Hardin and Christopher Ryan Hardin all of Jonesboro; grandfather, Calvin Johnson of Brookland; sisters, Tina Hardin of Jonesboro and Carrie Deann Edwards of Marion; a lifetime friend and brother, K. C. Fivecoat of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Elijah Carl Goforth, Brentley Scott Dobbins andZaylen Jace Mason. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Nadine Johnson, William Ivory Hardin and Dortha Neal Hardin; friend and brother, Ricky Dean Hensley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be 10:00 am Friday, October 16, 2015 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Becky Johnson officiating.
