William Eugene "Gene" Kincade, 68, of Walnut Ridge, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at his home.
Gene was born on May 16, 1956, to Perneica Ann Morgan Hightower and the late Glen Ray "Buck" Kincade. He was proud to have served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. A dedicated truck driver for most of his adult life, Gene was known for his strong work ethic and kind spirit.
He cherished time spent with family and friends and found great joy riding his Harley. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, Gene made many memorable trips to Sturgis alongside his closest friends, creating lasting bonds and unforgettable stories along the way.
Gene was preceded in death by his father, Glen Ray "Buck" Kincade; his grandparents, W.J. Bryan and Rosie Kate Quinn Morgan, and Eugene "Gene" and Lena Elizabeth Dees; his sister, Sandy Kincade; and Lisa Kincade.
He is survived by his mother, Ann (Joe) Hightower of Walnut Ridge; his children, Shawn Kincade of Black Rock, Mikki Kincade of Walnut Ridge, and Harley Kincade of Pocahontas; his brothers, Mike (Gayla) Kincade of Black Rock, Charles "Scooter" Kincade of Farmington, MO, Roger Newman of St. Louis, MO, and Emmit Kincade of St. Louis; and his sisters, Georgia Robertson and Jenny (George) Henderson, both of Walnut Ridge, Liz Kincade of Datto, AR, and Jeanie Holland of Arnold, MO.
Gene was a proud grandfather to Chase Kincade, Rome McEntire, and Kobe Reese, all of Hoxie, and Lettie Kate Parker of Pocahontas. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends who will miss him greatly.
Visitation will be held Saturday April 12, 2025 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm on Saturday April 12 in Randolph Memorial Gardens with Mike Gray officiating.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Johnny Morgan, Tommy Gray, Tim Parsons, Lance VanWinkle, Mike Pickney, Bill Walker, Scott Hendon, and Dickie Mitchell.
Honorary pallbearers are Chase Kincade, Rome McEntire, Kobe Reese, Brandon Wells, and John Robertson.
