Obituary

William Franklin "Bill" Beaver, 94, of Imboden passed away Monday, December 6, 2021 at Randolph Home.

He was born October 4, 1927 in Oxford, MS to the late William Robert and Mamie Mac Angel Beaver.  He worked as a lineman for Clay County Electric, was a Korean War Army veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a member of Imboden Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mamie Beaver; brothers, Clyde Beaver, Creed Beaver, and James L. Beaver; and sisters, Mary Crumpton and Mildred Smith.

Bill is survived by his children, Sharon and husband Barry Gosnell of Decatur, AL, Michael and wife Rayna Beaver of Pocahontas, Keith and wife Rosemary Beaver of Oklahoma, and Rick and wife Brenda Beaver of Searcy; grandchildren, April and husband Dewayne Clark of Tennessee, Michael and wife Andrea Beaver of Pocahontas, Blake and wife Jessica Gosnell of Braxton, GA, Brent and wife Lindsay Gosnell of Hartselle, AL, Alexandra Beaver of Henderson, TN, and McKenna Beaver of Tennessee, thirteen great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Old Union Cemetery with Gevan Murphy officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
