Jonesboro- William Doyle "Bill" Brown, 91, passed away Monday, November 19, 2012. He was born on May 14, 1921 at Powhatan to the late Grover and Mahala Brown. Mr. Brown served his country proudly in the United States Army during World War II. He retired after twenty-five years with the United States Postal Service.
