Pocahontas - Will D. Brewer, 81, passed away February 09, 2012. Born November 28, 1930 in Elm Store, AR to the late Ratha and Alice (Watley) Brewer. He is also preceded in death by one sister Wanda Wheeler. He was united in marriage on March 02, 1954 to Geraldine Transier. He is survived by wife Geraldine Brewer of the home near Myrtle, MO, two children; Lynda Armstrong of Myrtle, MO and Darrell and wife Janet Brewer of Couch, MO, three grandchildren; Jeremy and wife Ashley Armstrong of Marion, AR, Lane Brewer of Springfield, MO, and Hannah Brewer of Couch, MO, and two great grandchildren; Chase and Bella Armstrong. Willard attended The Byrd Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed living on the farm and riding around in his Ranger with Tessie sitting beside him. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2012 at the Byrd Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at McNabb Funeral Home and also from 1-2 at the Church prior to service.
