Williford Wilford L. Mangrum, 86, died Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Fulton County Hospital. He was born December 19, 1922 in Caraway to the late Fred and Louie Mangrum. He retired from Randall Factory where he made chrome parts for cars. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
