Mr. Walter Fred Pipkin, Jr. of Harrisburg departed this life Sunday, January 3, 2010, at his home, at the age of Eighty-One. He was born June 26, 1928 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Walter Fred Pipkin, Sr. and Mattie Lou Leech Pipkin.
