Virginia Charlene Vaden, 84, of Harrisburg, AR, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR, surrounded by family.

She was born August 2, 1937 in Widener, AR to Arthur Vernon Webb and Marie Webb (Kimble).

She is survived by her son Darrell (Cathy) Vaden of Batavia, IL,  son Thomas (Sandra) Vaden of Cumberland City, TN, and her daughter Virginia Vaden of Harrisburg, AR. She was a proud and loving Grandmother to eight Grandchildren. Kelly (Jose) Robles of Belvidere, IL, Adam (Michael) Azzato of Batavia, IL, Lana Hendrix of Cumberland City, Nina (Brian) Skelton of Cumberland City, TN, Thomas Vaden of Cumberland City, TN, Theresa Soto of Harrisburg, AR. Joshua Soto of Harrisburg, AR, and Jimmy Darrell Soto of Harrisburg, AR. She loved her 17 Great Grandchildren, Brian, Braze & Kade,  Kristen (Madison) & Anthony, Devin & Deion, Skyler, Sidnie & Sanoa, Sandra, Savannah & Chloe, LilliAnn & Landon, Taylor & Layla. Charlene was also survived by 4 brothers Jerry (Lavada) Kimble of Mountain Home, AR, Jesse (Priscilla) Kimble of Algonquin, IL, Tommy (Becky) Kimble of Harrisburg, AR, Buddy (Joyce) Roach of Harrisburg, AR and 7 sisters, Livvie Cook of Harrisburg, AR, Mary (DeJuan) Brown of Harrisburg, AR, Bethene Webb of Harrisburg, AR, Bonnie (Claude) Smith of Collinsville, OK, Marie Privett of Harrisburg, AR, Sheila Roach of Harrisburg, AR, Helen Priddy of Harrisburg, AR.

Charlene was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Vernon Webb and Marie Webb (Kimble), her husband James Vaden, daughter Carol Ann Vaden, granddaughter Sienna Skelton, brothers Charles (Wanda) Webb and Carl Webb.

Charlene was a member of New Vision Worship Center of Harrisburg. She loved gardening and cooking for her family. In her spare time she enjoyed crafting and making things for people she loved.  You would often find her singing gospel around the house. Charlene was a kind loving soul that would take in anyone who needed help.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 29, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.at Gregg-Weston Funeral Home in Harrisburg, AR with Brother Greg Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow at Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Thursday afternoon, 4:00-6:00 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Brian Vaden, Kade Soto, Braze Soto, Jimmy Soto, Thomas Vaden, and Steven Brown.
