Victoria Ann "Vicki" Carucci Hamlett, 59, of The Colony, TX passed away peacefully at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, Plano, On Thursday, May 5, 2022.

Vicki was born in Pocahontas, AR. on October 15, 1962.  She attended St. Paul's Catholic school and graduated with honors in 1981. Vicki attended college at Arkansas State University then moved to Little Rock and began work at UAMS. She then became a recruiter for medical professionals for hospital and clinic positions over several states. She met the love of her life, Gary Hamlett and after a short engagement they married at St. Paul's Church in Pocahontas in October 1990.

They moved to the Dallas area and made The Colony their home. Vicki loved making big feasts for the firefighters on Thanksgiving and Christmas every year and was truly appreciated for loving her community as she did her hometown.

Vicki and Gary's family were their cats. Cleo and Copper will miss her dearly, along with many family and friends

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Louis "Tony" and Elizabeth (Jansen) Carucci, sister, Teresa "Terry" Carucci, brother, Kenneth "Ken" Carucci from Pocahontas, AR.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend who will miss her deeply, Gary Hamlett of The Colony, TX, her brother, Ron Carucci (Gwen) of West Haven, UT, sisters, Rene' Leavelle Reed of Texarkana, TX, Lorrie Carucci of North Little Rock, AR, Mary (Pete) Nicholas of Jonesboro, AR, Sandra Ward of North Little Rock, AR, Cheri Edwards of Pocahontas, AR., and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins and many lifelong friends.
