Pocahontas - Vickie Higgins Turner, 63, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Five Rivers Medical Center.

Vickie was born on March 16, 1956 in Rockford, IL to William Hugh and Mary Lou Dean Higgins.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Higgins.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Lou Higgins; son, Chris (Tonya) Foster; daughter, Amanda Ragan Champion; grandchildren, Blake (Beth) Foster, Landon and Jace Foster, AJ Champion, Cody Ragan and Jordan Champion; great grandchildren, Layn and Hallie Foster; brothers, Rick (Barbara) Higgins and Jim (Donna) Higgins; along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 1-2 pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral immediately following at 2 pm with Jeral Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers include AJ Champion, Steve McCandless, Jerry McCandless, Blake Foster, Logan Hudson and Luther Allen.
