Velma was born May 22, 1952 in Walnut Ridge, AR to Donald and Mildred Teel Morris.
She was preceded in death by her father and husband, Earl Defoor Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Mildred Morris; daughter, Belinda Defoor; son Kenneth Defoor; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Ricky (Lynne) Morris and Donald (Earlene) Morris.
Cremation was chosen and no services will be held. Arrangements under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
