HARRISBURG " Troy Lynn Bruce of Harrisburg departed this life Tuesday morning, Sept. 29, at his home at the age of 58. He was born May 21, 1951, at Wynne, the son of J.L. and Eveline Bruce. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a brother, Timothy Bruce.
