Caraway - Tressie V. Ramsey, 69, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born December 11, 1940 in Caruthersville, Missouri to the late James and Paulene Millikan. Mrs. Ramsey was a homemaker and a member of the Caraway First Baptist Church. She loved gardening, yard work and carpentry. Survivors include her husband, Edwin "Chick" Ramsey; two sons, Edwin F.
