Pocahontas- Timothy Richard Cates, 54, passed away April 21, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center. Timothy was born June 21, 1961 in Michigan to Richard and Mary Cates. He is survived by his father, Richard Cates; daughters: Samantha Fry and Ashley Cates both of Paragould, Sarah Cates of Bay; sons: Kyle Cates of Mammoth Springs, Jonathon Boyer of Pocahontas; grandchildren Sydney Cates, Caden Fry, MJ Fry, Lucy Cates, Allyson Anderson; siblings: Kelly Poteet and Kim Rose. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Cates and stepmother Irene Cates. Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 4:00-5:00pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a memorial service celebrating his life at 5:00pm.
