Thomas Lee Sweet 55 of Pocahontas passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at St. Bernards Five Rivers in Pocahontas. He was born August 16, 1967, to the late Truman F. Sweet and Neva Waller Sweet in Rockford, IL.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Truman and Neva Sweet, brother, Douglas Sweet and sister, Martha Parsons.

He is survived by four siblings, Donald Sweet of Pocahontas, Merry Iverson of Clinton, IA, William Sweet of Durand, IL., and Meredith McKelvey of Rockton, IL. Many other nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.

Cremation has been chosen as the final disposition. No services will be held at this time.

Arrangements are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
