Kimberling City, Missouri- Thomas "Pete" Stayton, 65, passed away June 14, 2015 at Cox Health South in Springfield, MO. He was born January 6, 1950 in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Thomas Jr.and Geraldine Mason Stayton. Pete is survived by his wife of 43 years Phyllis Stayton, daughter Keoka and husband Jason Ketcher, granddaughter Scarlett Ketcher, mother Geraldine Stayton, brothers Leon and wife Barbara Stayton, Joe and wife Robin Stayton, sister Lucy and husband Wayne Broadway, sister-in-law Janice Campbell and Sharon Campbell, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Thomas Jr. Stayton and a sister-in-law Glenda Stayton, brother-in-law Howard Campbell and Richard Campbell. Pete was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners since 1975. A Lifetime member of Missouri Health Care Association and a member of First Baptist Church in Kimberling City, MO. Services will be held in McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015. The following day Thursday, June 18, 2015 a funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Bellah Cemetery in Ravenden, Springs, AR..
