Thomas Bernard Smith, Sr., 92, died Monday, February 19, at NEA Medical Center. He was born May 19, 1914 in Toledo, Ohio and lived several years in Memphis before retiring in 1980 and moving back to Jonesboro. He owned and operated T.B. Smith Welding Co. in Memphis until his retirement.
