Thomas Joseph Lindner, 80, of Pocahontas passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026 at White River Medical Center in Batesville.

He was born March 19, 1946 in Pocahontas to the late Herman Max and Anna Marie Bergman Lindner. Tom served in the Army in the Korean War, worked as a machinist for NAPA Auto Parts, and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Max and Anna Marie Bergman Lindner; brothers, Al Lindner and James Lindner; and sister, Mary Helen Tyler.

Tom is survived by two brothers, Herman (Ann) Lindner of West Columbia, SC and Henry (Brenda) Lindner of Pocahontas; and by many other extended family members.

Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition.

A memorial visitation will be held Monday, August 24, 2026 from 10:00-11:00 AM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM with Nelson Henderson officiating.
