Thomas Raymond Harpe LAKE CITY " Thomas Raymond Harpe, 80, passed away Friday, June 4, 2010, at his residence. Mr. Harpe was born July 11, 1929, in Cleveland to the late Thomas and Mary Harpe. He lived in Lake City for 17 years and was formerly of Memphis, where he retired from the Dover Elevator Co. after 30 years of service.
