POCAHONTAS-Thomas Andrew Collins, Jr., 81, son of the late Thomas Andrew and Minnie Ann Wore Collins, was born at Agnos August 10, 1926. He died May 17th at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was married to Elaine Bearden at Agnos on June 29, 1947 and they have four children. He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, three sons, Steve, Jim, and Les, one daughter, Diann, seven grandchildren ten great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Collins was a member of Salem Masonic Lodge No. 418 for more than fifty years, a member of the church of Christ since 21, 2004 and served honorably in the US Navy. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 20th from 3-7pm at McNabb Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at Agnos Church of Christ Wednesday, May 21st at 3pm with interment following in the adjacent cemetery.
