Pocahontas- Theresa Louise Peters Schaechtel, 90 passed away on August 16, 2018 at St. Bernards Medical Center.
Theresa was born on November 6, 1927 in Engelberg, AR to John Carl and Gertrude Throesch Peters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold John Schaechtel; siblings, Katherine Brunner, Mary Blandina, Martin Peters, J.C. Peters and Frances Camp.
She is survived by children, Butch (Debbie) Schaechtel, Loretta (Bo) Pearl, Bill (Paula) Schaechtel; grandchildren, Brin Schaechtel, Terri Pearl, Chris Schaechtel, Melissa (Jason) Pitcher; great grandchild, Brooks Pitcher; 2 sisters-in-law, Marie Peters, Janet Peters; along with several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
