Egpyt- Theresa Michelle Hallmark Barr, 55, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2014. She was born on July 22, 1959 at Jonesboro to the late Jess and Onita Burnside Hallmark. Theresa and Gary became man and wife in a joyous occasion December 8, 1986 at a community gathering of close family and friends in Egypt. Theresa was a very hard worker but her passion was spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Gary T. Barr; a daughter, Senaka Barr Baker of Bono; a step-daughter, Rhonda Barr of Sedgwick; two granddaughters, Jessica and Jaden Baker; six step-grandchildren; three brothers and their wives, Hal and Ruth Hallmark of Cash, Ernest and Linda Hallmark of Jonesboro and David and Sherri Hallmark of Pocahontas; a sister-in-law, Patricia Baker Hallmark; twenty-four nieces and nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, Brandon Seth Barr; a step-son, Randy Barr; two brothers, Dewayne Hallmark and Leland Hallmark; a sister, Melba Hallmark Gooch. A celebration of her life will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Worley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Monday, November 17, 2014 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home, 300 W. Matthews Ave. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Al Herringer III, Dean Jones, Dorman Huffstedler, Ed Barker, Mike Hawkins, Joey Graham and as honorary pallbearers, Randall Tubbs, John Best and Jim Vance.
