Jonesboro- Thelma D. Blancett, 45, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Flo Phil Hospice House.

She was born August 22, 1968 in Kennett, Missouri to the late George and Alberta Bateman. Thelma was a homemaker and will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her sons, Eddie Joe Forbs and Justin Wyatt Forbs; a sister, Cindy Mullen; two brothers, Dewayne Bateman and George Bateman; many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Lewis and a brother, Jerry Bateman.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be 6:00 pm Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel.
