Mr. Terry Evoyce Witt of Harrisburg, departed this life Friday, April 7, 2017, at his home, at the age of 63.
He was born October 17, 1953 in Harrisburg, the son of Karry Evoyce Witt and Melba June Wells Witt.
Terry worked for Halstead's in Wynne for many years and also worked in construction and farm work. He loved hunting and fishing and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Gerald Witt.
He is survived by his mother, Melba June Witt of Jonesboro, two daughters, Jennifer Lynn Witt Wells (Stanley) of Conway and Courtney Bradshaw (Jeff) of Helena, two sons, Karry Witt of Trumann and Zac Witt (Alissa) of Harrisburg, five sisters, Sharon Tarpley of Three Oaks, MI, Shirley Wilcockson and Karen Hubbard (Clay), both of Jonesboro, and Beth Witt and Cassidy Witt, both of Harrisburg, five brothers, Larry Witt (Debi) of Harrisburg, Karry Joe Witt of Wynne, and Jimmy D. Witt, Donnie Witt (Julie) and Ronnie Witt (Karen), all of Harrisburg, six grandchildren, Alec Witt, Devon Witt, Presley Witt, Emily Grace Witt, Makenzie Mae Wells and Riley Vondran and one grandchild on the way.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg. Interment will follow in Holly Springs Cemetery at Harrisburg. Friends may visit at the funeral home, Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. till service time.
