Jonesboro- Terry Wayne Lewis, 58, passed Wednesday, October 15, 2015 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born April 6, 1956 in Muncie, Indiana to Johnnie and Bernadine Alexander Lewis. Terry lived in Jonesboro most of his life and was a member of the Cottage Home Baptist Church. He worked for APEX Tool Group for 23 years as a tool and die maker. He enjoyed hunting and lake activities. He is survived by his wife, Jolene King Lewis; his father, Johnnie Lewis of Ash Flat; a brother and his wife, Larry and Dianna Lewis of Ash Flat; two step-sons, Jacob Moore and wife Jamie and Jason Moore all of Paragould; two grandsons, Nick England and Brayden England; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Bernadine Lewis. A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Everett Isom officiating. Burial will follow at Keller's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home at 300 W. Matthews Ave in Jonesboro. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Kalyb Tribble, Jeremy Bryant, Jeff Robertson, Lee Jandreau, Billy Wood and Charles Knight.
