Pocahontas- Terry Allen Ballard, 54, passed away due to natural causes at his residence on November 2, 2015. Terry was born January 19, 1961 in Pocahontas, AR to the late Freeman Eugene and Doris Ruth Ballard. He is survived by his wife Judy Ballard of the home; step-daughter Roxanne Lawrence of Pocahontas; step-sons Jollie Smith IV of Imboden and Roscoe Smith of Pocahontas; sisters Carol Ann Martin of Marked Tree, Donna Bates of Trumann; brothers Perry Joe Ballard of Piggott, and Freddy Eugene Ballard of Pocahontas. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepson Atlas Smith, and brother Gary Ballard. A private memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015.
