Obituary

Teddy Ray Holland, 75, of Maynard, passed peacefully from this life on January 12, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on May 12, 1950, in Paragould, AR Teddy was the son of the late Herman Holland and Patricia Ann Underwood Holland. A hardworking man throughout his life, Teddy proudly worked as both a farmer and an electrician, trades that reflected his strong work ethic, self-reliance, and willingness to help others. He attended Sutton First Free Will Baptist Church. Teddy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose presence left a lasting impression on those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Carol Sue Holland; his brother, Freddy Holland; three children, Vicki Baltz Dalton Parten, Tammy Baltz Downing, and Robby Baltz; as well as one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Aaron Baltz and Darin Baltz, Angie (Joseph) Wicker, and Tiffany (Chris) Palmer, all of Pocahontas, and Rachel (Spencer) Bradford of Rogers; twenty grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren, each of whom was a great source of pride and joy to him; his brother, Bob Holland of Reyno; along with many extended family members, church family, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, with funeral services beginning at 3:00 p.m., officiated by Kevin Barnett. All services will be held at Sutton First Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Sutton Cemetery.

Teddy’s legacy of hard work, faith, and love for family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
