Bay- T. S. Spencer passed away May 8, 2011 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born November 16, 1933 in Bay to the late V. V. and Mildred Spencer. He was a member of the Bay Church of Christ. Mr. Spencer was a farmer most of his life and also worked for the Jonesboro Public School. For the last 20 years, he really enjoyed raising a large garden for his family and friends.
