Obituary
The Colony, Texas- Sue Carol Gresco, 77, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 in Plano, Texas.
She was born June 17, 1942 in Hoxie to the late Velvon Hunt and Mable Davis Jeans. She had attended Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and was a member of the All Souls Catholic Church in Overland, Missouri. Mrs. Sue had been an assistant to Dr. Hale Bower in Jonesboro and to Frick Company in St. Louis, a secretary for Brown Berry Bread Company in St. Louis, and owned and operated a restaurant in Bellville, Illinois for six years. She enjoyed bowling, going on cruises and spending time with family.
She is survived by her husband of forty-seven years, Terry Gresco; a daughter and her husband, Holly and Daniel Self of the Colony, Texas and two grandsons, Trevor Kantak of Carrollton, Texas and Tyler Kantak of The Colony.
A celebration of her life will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home with Father Francis Madanu officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Bill Derrington, Ken Rickermann, Tyler Kantak, Jeff Housley, Brian Housley and Hal Housley.
