Costa Rica- Steven Dewayne Blancett, 53, formerly of Jonesboro and Walls, Mississippi passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015. Steven served his country proudly in the United States Air Force and will be remembered as a loving son, husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Tracie Blancett; his parents, Bob and Eva Blancett of Jonesboro; a son, Brandon Blancett of Jonesboro; two step-children, Savannah Young of Southaven, Mississippi and Charlie Young and wife Lauren of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be 3:00 pm Saturday, February, 14, 2015 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel at 300 W. Matthews Ave.
