Jonesboro- Stella Beatrice Neely, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012 on her 95th birthday in Jonesboro. She was born January 16, 1917 in Stuttgart to the late Harry and Bessie Hall and lived in Jonesboro for 28 years formerly of Pine Bluff. She was a homemaker, retired sales associate and of the Baptist faith and an avid Razorback fan.
