Sloane was the daughter of David and Stephanie Owens. Services are scheduled for 10:00 Tuesday morning at the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with interment following in Randolph Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at McNabb\u0027s.
