Weiner- Silas Edward Phillips, 68, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at his residence. He was born August 27, 1942 in Hickory Ridge to the late Ervin and Grace Phillips. Mr. Phillips proudly served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 21 years. He went on to work for the Weiner School as transportation supervisor for ten years.
