Lake City Mrs. Shirl Coleman, 94, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at her home. She was born August 20, 1915 in Jonesboro to the late Clarence and Alice OGuinn. She retired after 30 years of teaching first grade in the Bay School District.
