Jonesboro- Sherry Annette Hayes, 55, passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 in Memphis.
She was born November 28, 1963 in Osceola to Jimmy and Martha Pollard Carter. Sherry had worked as a property manager. She will be remembered as having a big heart and being a loving daughter, mother and sister.
She is survived by her father, Jimmy Carter of Jonesboro; a daughter, Holly Hayes of St. Louis, Missouri; three sisters, Beverly Greenway of Jonesboro, Lorie Lee (Bobby) of Bono and Amanda Ashby of Blytheville; a brother, Shaun Harris of New Hampshire and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Jane Harris.
A memorial visitation will be from 2:00 until 4:00 pm Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
