Sherri Denise Echols, 53, of Maynard passed away December 30, 2022 in Pocahontas.

Sherri was born June 20, 1969 in Dallas, TX. to Derl and Joyce Kerley Echols. She enjoyed traveling and watching her favorite team the Dallas Cowboys. Sherri worked at Waterloo for 10 years. She was the owner/groomer of All Breed Pet Groomer for 35 years.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sadie Stanfield, Clifford Kerley, Sarah and James Echols; and niece, Jamie Echols.

Sherri is survived by her parents: husband, Chris Edington and daughter, Mikell Edington of the home; brothers, David Echols of Paragould, AR., and Eddie (Aeri) Echols of Honolulu, HI.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Jed Daniels officiating, burial will follow at Nelson Cemetery in Reyno.

Memorials may be made to Phillip and Beth Collins Memorial Scholarship at Black River Technical College.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Wade Agee, Ora Edington, Greg Jones, David Echols Jr., Chance Jones, and Layne Looney.
