Kennett, MO- Shelbia Newborn, 71, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at her residence. She is survived by her children, Joann Houston, Penny Neal and Kevin Newborn; a sister, Martha Hensen; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
