Sharon Anita Cerda, 65, of Walnut Ridge departed this life on Saturday May 25, 2024, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Sharon was born on August 18, 1958, to the late William Curtis Nelson and Avie Mason Nelson in Blytheville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Avie Nelson; son, Josiah Bender; sisters, Juanita Nelson, Josephine "Jo" Nelson, Mary Williams, Laura Baker and Linda Melder; brothers, Bobby Nelson and Jerry Nelson.

Sharon is survived by her sister, Shirley Collins and brother, Rickey Nelson. Many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM with Tommy Stacy officiating. Services will be held at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion, Arkansas.
