Mrs. Sharla Cullins Harris, of Harrisburg, Arkansas, departed this life Saturday Evening, October 23, 2010, in Jonesboro, at the age of 54. She was born November 18, 1955 in Batesville, Arkansas the daughter of James A. Cullins and Lou Anne Wadkins Cullins.
